The upstairs bedroom suite comprises a superking bed with separate lounge area. The en- suite bathroom features a romantic bateau bath for long soaks and a separate oversized high pressure rain shower.

The downstairs bedroom suite comprises a kingsize bed including sofa with en suite bathroom, featuring oversized rain shower and laundry facilities. French doors open from the bedroom directly onto the outdoor seating area.
Flexible for Groups.
There is the option of utilising the upstairs master suite separate lounge area as a third bedroom, with double sofa bed to sleep two guests.
In the downstairs suite there is a double sofa bed that can sleep an additional two guests if required.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The large, separate kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast table and a wealth of modern appliances, including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. French doors to the front patio provide for al fresco morning coffees.
Lounge and Dining Space.
At the heart of the property is a comfy lounge with wood burning stove, two leather sofas and an antique coffee table.
In addition to this, there is a large farmhouse dining table that seats eight.
